**About the position**

Council’s Family Health Support Services Department is looking for a Business Support Officer who will be responsible for administrative support, primarily for the Home Maintenance Team's gutter cleaning service.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Contacting clients to schedule a time for a gutter cleaning service and rostering to staff accurately.
- Updating the Client database following completion of the work, ensuring that accurate records are maintained.
- Providing high quality administrative support and customer service for other services

**About you**
- Experience in office administration including the use of MS Office software and either working with a client management system or a rostering system.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service.
- Self-motivated and an ability to work co-operatively as a team member.
