At the core of this ecosystem is our custom hardware - a large, (soon to be voice-activated) touchscreen smarthub - running on a customized version of Android, along with seamless integration with smartphones and tablets.

**The Nuts and Bolts**

We work as a hybrid distributed team, with staff across Melbourne and Internationally. Team members may work remotely or make use of our office and warehouse in bayside Melbourne (Seaford). We are also open to providing dedicated desks in appropriate co-working spaces. In short, if your personality and skills are the right fit, we don’t mind where you are (as long as the time-zone roughly aligns).

We regularly come together for team reviews at the office (or remotely for those who cannot attend).

We're in search of an exceptionally experienced Senior UX/UI Designer & Art Director who excels in tackling complex challenges and possesses a wealth of expertise in creating inclusive, visually stunning user experiences across diverse platforms and devices.

Assist Lumin product and tech team across the full Customer Journey and mapping of the end to process. Create detailed customer journey maps to visualise the end-to-end customer experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. User-centered design approach and principles to design intuitive and user-friendly customer interfaces across our products, feature and services.

As an experienced UX/UI Designer & Art Director at Lumin, you will lead our design endeavours with a focus on elevating accessibility, innovation, and artistic direction.
