**About the role**:
Looking for a challenge that will put your sales skills to the test? Look no further than the role of Key Account Manager at ARC - The Australian Reinforcing Company

We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team based at our Head Queensland branch in Hemmant. As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, but your focus will be on winning new business and expanding our customer base.

You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success.
Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies. The main focus for this role is driving new business opportunities in order for the branch to grow. You will be highly motivated and target driven to get results. We are looking for someone with a value based approach to sales.

**About your experience**:
In addition to your sales prowess, you'll possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple support functions across our business. You'll be a team player at heart, with a strong desire to collaborate with and learn from our existing team of Key Account Managers.
