PMO Coordinator

**About Your Role: PMO Coordinator**

Due to business growth, a newly created role has become available for PMO Coordinator to join the Project Team based in Eagle Farm. In this pivotal role, you will support the business Bids and Projects PMO activities.

This is a role for someone looking to grow in the project space. You will be exposed to planning & scheduling, cost analysis, contract documents and general project coordination.

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for multiple projects
- Create and maintain the Project data Repository for each project
- Assistance with the production of regular Dashboards, Metrics, Project Status Reports, and CSR reports.
- Participation in and minute taking for, department, team, project, internal and external project reviews (Monthly & Quarterly) and customer meetings.
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, tables and reports.
- Assist with the co-ordination of project and contract related travel arrangements (domestic and international) as required.
- Co-ordinate business functions, including formal invitations, catering, venue and equipment arrangements.

**About You?**
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- PMO Experience with an understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Positive attitude, adaptable and flexible
