**About The Role**

Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinate execution against the strategy on an ongoing basis - with local stakeholders (CEO, CFO, etc) and global counterparts.
- Provide consulting / advisory support to key functional leaders on high-value decisions (e.g. response to competitor innovation, shifts in external environment, benchmarking against global leaders).
- Adopt typical hypothesis-driven project approach (e.g. scope, hypothesis, fact base and analysis, decision recommendation, implementation plan).
- Lead the strategy function and team, including recruiting, training and professional development as well as managing internal prioritization and resource allocation against work.
