**Role Overview**: As a Legal Secretary in Corporate Law, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal professionals with administrative tasks specific to corporate matters. From drafting legal documents and managing calendars to coordinating client meetings and maintaining files, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate law practice.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist lawyers with document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and filings
- Manage lawyer calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle client correspondence and communications in a professional manner
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate law team as needed
It's a full time or part-time position, perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
