We’re seeking enthusiastic, confident,highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistants with exceptional organisation skills, a flair for communication and who shine the brightest in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with ATO senior executives and help us make a difference in the lives of Australians.

As an **Executive Assistant**, you’ll provide professional support to our senior executives. You’ll be a key problem solver, identifying issues and resolving them quickly with innovative solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for your senior executive and your ability to build rapport and deliver a great client experience through every interaction, will be highly valued.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may also include:

- using your experience and judgment to escalate urgent matters
- tracking priority work and ensuring deadlines are met
- scheduling meetings, booking venues and organising/assisting with the use of collaboration tools and web-based communication platforms
- managing the flow of correspondence and documents
- providing end to end secretariat services
- organising travel and related logistics
- coordinating input and preparing correspondence
- supporting and mentoring APS 4 Executive Assistants in your business line
- responding effectively to competing and often urgent requests in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining high work standards, confidentiality and accuracy to assist the senior executive, and staff in the business line, in fulfilling their responsibilities.
