We are a fast growing precast concrete manufacturer seeking a full time Customer Service Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will assist with product sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Face to face customer service
- Respond to customer telephone and online enquiries, orders, dispatching and complaints.
- Advising customers on delivery schedules and monitoring the distribution of products.
- Generation of quotations and orders in MYOB including quantity calculations.
- General office administration and upkeep

Skills and experience

As the first point of contact for our customers you will have
- Customer service experience, desirable but not essential. This role will suit an entry level applicant
- Good computer / numeric skills
- Highly organised
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to interact with all staff, management, directors and external contractors
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products
- Attention to detail

This is a position within a rapidly growing industry, and fast moving work environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
