As the Campus Coordinator, your key responsibilities include
- Drive contractor performance and service delivery outcomes, maintaining a strong customer focus in all aspects of operations and ensuring safety, quality and cost control for all activities on-site
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and work with contractors to ensure maintenance service provision is completed on time and within budget, with minimum disruption to campus services
- Ensure facilities-related risks are identified, reported, prioritised, and resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in the development of projects for input around strategic, compliance and budget objectives
- Supervise, monitor and support internal and external service providers ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements, contractor management and other Chisholm policies
- Coordinate and direct activities for CSI gardener/handymen.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a demonstrated awareness of OHS Regulations and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications required for the role**
- Post-secondary or relevant post-trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience at a supervisor level.
