**Job Description: Quality Assurance Manager (Spanian’s Kebabs)**

**Location**: NSW, with travel required between stores and occasional interstate travel**Schedule**: Wednesday to Sunday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance Program Development**: Design and maintain a robust quality assurance program tailored to food service operations, ensuring continuous improvement in all areas.
- **Food Quality Evaluation**: Regularly assess the quality of food served to ensure consistency, freshness, and alignment with customer expectations.
- **Cleanliness and Safety Inspections**: Inspect equipment, utensils, and work areas to verify cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
- **Audits and Quality Improvement**: Conduct product, company, system, and organizational audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist with the recruitment process by ensuring potential hires understand and meet the company’s quality expectations.
- **Inspection Plans**: Establish and enforce a comprehensive inspection plan to ensure consistency and quality across all store locations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor and assess customer requirements, ensuring that these needs are consistently met through high-quality service and products.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Maintain detailed performance records, including quality reports and statistical reviews, to monitor ongoing quality improvements and setbacks.
- **Profitability Focus**: Contribute to the company’s profitability goals by optimizing product quality and reducing waste or inefficiencies.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**: Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that guarantee food safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality.
- **Employee Training**: Coordinate and lead training sessions to help staff meet established quality standards and provide ongoing support when goals are not achieved.
- **Hazard Analysis & Quality Monitoring**: Conduct hazard analyses and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are upheld.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel frequently between stores
- Flexibility to work a Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and guide team members.
- Analytical mindset for conducting audits and evaluating quality performance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
