Join our dynamic team at HOBAN Recruitment and take on the exciting role of Program Support Officer - APS6 Equivalent We are currently partnering with an independent statutory agency that empowers thousands of Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, along with their families and carers.

As a Program Support Officer, you will be part of the Younger People in Residential Aged Care (YPIRAC) team, providing specialized support to individuals with disabilities who are living in, or at risk of entering, aged care facilities permanently. This crucial role acts as a vital link between state and territory hospital staff and the Agency, ensuring that participants who are medically ready for discharge have the necessary supports when transitioning back into the community. You'll collaborate closely with hospital staff, planners, participants, and the team to facilitate a seamless process.
- Located in Chermside, QLD
- ASAP, up to 12-month duration, temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension, pending business requirements.
- Earn $60+ per hour along with superannucation, recognizing your expertise and dedication.

**About the role**
- Leading and/or managing staff responsible for providing business administration support, expertise and/or technical knowledge across a range of activities including systems, workload management, people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management.
- Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation
- Coordinating and analysing data and written information
- Collecting and auditing workforce planning and capacity data, reporting on staff lifecycle and confirming against financial, systems and people performance data.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation, from data analysis to creating initiatives to provide efficiencies for the branch.

**Key Skills required for the role**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong engagement with multiple stakeholders.
- Organisation and time management.
- Experience in the disability, health, or aged care sectors
- Experience managing a team.

**Desirable Skills for the role**:

- Previous exposure to case management processes will be highly advantageous.
