**Your key accountabilities include**: - Provide a high level of administrative and project support to the Director on disaster management issues and initiatives. Coordinate administrative activities including issues relating to human resource management, finance and procurement management. Contribute to the progression of disaster management programs and projects through the delivery of information management system support services. Support the delivery of web, online, and social media products and technical functions for the Office. Establish and manage systems for project management and quality management to achieve Office objectives. Prepare procedures, work practices and other tools that support disaster management programs. Monitor project management budgets and undertake financial reconciliations. Contribute to the development and implementation of robust assessment tools to determine the suitability and sustainability of existing and proposed disaster management products and programs. Support and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders and organisations.
