Our Human Resources Advisors provide operational Human Resources (HR) support services to the HR team, leaders and employees nationally in a nationally consistent, timely and effective manner.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide advice on HR systems and business as usual processes, contract management, referencing/distributing HR help guides, responding to queries, file management and other duties as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners nationally to ensure the delivery of consistent HR support that meets the needs of the client group.
- Develop and maintain relationships with managers and employees (where appropriate) to enable the effective provision of HR support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Payroll team to ensure employee details are up-to-date and that they are paid correctly and on time.

ABOUT YOU
- 1-4 years experience in a HR support or business administration role or similar
- Certificate in Business Administration
- A working knowledge of CHRIS 21 or other HRIS
