**The Opportunity**

The General Manager - Corporate Services & Company Secretary will have a high level strategic and operational oversight across multiple functions to contribute to the organisational strategy and financial sustainability. In addition, they will be pivotal in ensuring the business transformation strategy is driven into change processes and the organisational culture. Working in collaboration with all functions, this individual will aid in the improvements of organisational and risk management processes.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and overseeing a multidisciplinary team, the General Manager - Corporate Services and Company Secretary will be responsible for:

- Providing strategic leadership and advice to the Executive and Board
- Leading the transformation portfolio and ensuring change management success
- Effectively networking and building external partnerships across the industry to enable strategic growth
- Oversee the property portfolio and provide high level financial business planning and forecasting

**About You**
- Five years’ senior leadership experience in a similar or relevant role
- A track record in leading business transformation and successful implementation of organisation-wide change management
- Demonstrated experience as a Company Secretary
- Relevant education and training
