**What you will be doing ** Providing support to the Administration department and Managing Director. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Be the first point of contact for the business
- Oversee the company CRM and ensure up to date information is recorded
- Manage stock take, stock balance and reporting
- Processing documentation relating to purchase and sales orders, production, delivery documents and transport
- Taking meeting minutes
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Planning and arranging company travel, staff events and conferences
- Management of documents (filing and archiving)
- Credit card reconciliation
