Auscare Group is an established Perth based Recruitment Agency and Training Organisation. Our main areas of service delivery are staffing in Aged Care, Acute Care, Home Care in the community and Disability Support Services. The Training Organisation specialises in Health Care Training.

We are looking for an exceptional **Receptionist/Office Administrator** to join our Team.

The ideal person for this role must be a well-organised people person who enjoys interacting with people face to face and on the phone. If you are a multi-tasker with exceptional quality assured customer service, then this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Meeting and greeting all visitors, ensuring they sign in, as per security and company protocol
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
- Performing administration duties as required.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Stationery stock management
- Setting up and ensuring meeting rooms and training rooms are tidy and ready for use.
- General maintenance of office décor
- Other duties as required by manager

**Required Skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent prioritising skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong time management

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
