**The Company**
A Melbourne headquartered consulting business with operations interstate servicing the public and private sectors provides a dynamic and progressive culture. Working deeply with government bodies and commercial organisations, this company is in growth mode.
**The Role**
Join this boutique consulting group as an Office Manager and play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of the organization. As the Office Manager, you will provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director, Consultants and the Business overall. You may work flexibly, meet occasionally and support a growing national team. This position offers the flexibility to work full or part time, work from home with occasional face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overall administrative support for teh Managing Director and the business as a whole including including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings (face-to-face and virtual) and manage internal and external communications
- Support the Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Consultants in preparing new business presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with team members to document standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes and facilitate implementation of new systems
- Convert physical documents into digital formats for improved accessibility and organization
- Assist consultants in preparing high-quality, engaging and appealing proposals and reports:
- Complete industry, and specific client research to support new business and thought leadership
- Coordinate general office administration
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and workshops
**The Office Administrator**
- At least 5 years experience in business administration
- High level MS Suite skills and additional softaware user skills
- Problems solving capabilities
- Excellent Planning and Organisation skills
- High levels of Personal Responsibility, Adaptability & Initiative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative Team Focus
