We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer and Digital Experience, we are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Analyst with experience in customer experience, to modernise our interactions with community.

To be considered you will have:

- Relevant degree or diploma with 5+ years sector experience in a similar role, or a lesser qualification with equivalent extensive experience that includes working in a digital transformation position that focused on customer experience.
- Strong technical expertise in digital transformation in a customer service environment including knowledge of effective technologies/systems and digital services delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders to introduce new digital technology to enhance customer experience, including creating and testing systems, processes, workflows and reporting.
- Ability to use knowledge of community to drive analysis and review capabilities of existing digital solutions and systems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills that support the ability to influence and gain cooperation of all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed project management skills.
