Step into the role of Change and Communications Specialist, where you'll be the driving force behind triumphant IT endeavours. You'll work in close collaboration with the CIO, IT Senior Leadership team, and their direct reports, playing a vital role in orchestrating and executing change strategies. Your mission? Crafting effective communication strategies that seamlessly navigate this transformative journey, successfully addressing the continuous ripples of an ever-evolving technological landscape.

Key priorities will include:

- Crafting and executing comprehensive change strategies to bolster transformation and IT projects, ensuring seamless transitions, and nurturing an inclusive team atmosphere.
- Creating and executing readiness assessments, analysing outcomes, and providing insights to stakeholders for optimal decisions.
- Recognising, overseeing, and mitigating risks and challenges, including change resistance, that could affect the effective deployment of business changes.
- Devising and implementing effective communication strategies for frontline engagement, yielding tangible outcomes.
- Crafting and delivering compelling communication materials, including use cases, infographics, newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Collaborating with leadership as a valued advisor, shaping messages to handle intricate matters, supporting IT goals, and further Youi's objectives.
- Evaluating, refining, and overseeing IT communications across all organisational tiers, showcasing the advantages of IT transformation and progress, aligned with business requisites.
- Supporting essential IT forums, including IT All Hands, Extended Leadership meetings, and CIO Communications.
- Partnering with Youi's Corporate Affairs team to create and execute external communication strategies, spotlighting IT narratives and team members.
- Elevating Youi's brand visibility in IT by showcasing the division's diverse skills and achievements, drawing a wide array of talent to join the Youi family.

**About you**

You will:

- Possess training/qualifications in Change Management or Communications (or equivalent experience).
- Have experience in communications and change roles within IT or technology-related projects (or similar), translating complex concepts into clear, user-friendly communications.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Be proficient in using communication and collaboration tools, intranet platforms, social media, and multimedia software.
- Be able to create high-level PowerPoint presentations and Executive/Board level documentation.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
