**About the Role**:
The role is primarily responsible for:

- Setting up and administering contracts (and associated documents and Variations) with Customers, suppliers and new employees.
- Setting up Projects in Finance and tracking systems (and keeping these project tracking systems up to date)
- Arranging monthly recurring invoicing and fortnightly project invoicing - and ensuring all invoices are paid.
- Arranging project financial reporting to Customers and managing ‘draw down’ of paid deposits and other advance payments.
- Responding to Customer queries re accounting and invoicing matters.
- Consolidation of the organisational spreadsheets and trackers, exploring the stronger use of Hubspot and centralised spreadsheets, focusing on automation and streamlining of processes to make the business run more efficiently.

**About You**:
Yes of course we are looking for the technical skills of an accounts officer but more importantly, we’re looking for someone for whom attention to detail and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time is second nature. Additionally, Nightingale is an agile and fast growing company looking to continually improve what we do and how we do it. That mantra applies to every role in the business including this one.

**Essential Criteria**:
Required Experience: At least 3 years experience working with contracts, accounts/invoicing and project system responsibilities in a growing and fast-paced Software as a Service business in Australia.

Essential skills: Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised. Highly diligent and able to work to meet deadlines. Good skills in Xero, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
