Within RBS, the Personal Lending Team is responsible for end to end P&L management, product design, acquisition & portfolio management and customer experience for the Personal Loan.

The Personal Lending team is responsible for managing the personal loan and focussed on achieving key business results in alignment with the RBS strategy.

**Do work that matters**

As Executive Manager (Product Owner), Auto Lending Solutions you will lead a cross functional team of product, data, technology and digital professionals; creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, accountable and high performance culture and providing thought leadership across the value chain to drive Product Enhancement and Customer Outcomes.

**On any given day**
- You will set and implement the strategic direction for Auto Lending Product Offering
- You will stay abreast of external market trends and innovations to deliver a market leading product proposition.
- You will manage change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience;
- You will be accountable for continued monitoring and proactive improvements of the end to end product risk and control environment. This includes robust product governance, identification of issues, escalation and swift resolution of problem records; including remediation and regulatory responses.
- You will be leading delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of strategic initiatives.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**
- Strong product knowledge, stakeholder management and people management skills.
- Sound experience in an Executive Manager level role
- Delivery related experience is desired.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong market awareness
- Data driven approach to problem solving
