Executive Scribes Needed

Our team is seeking professional, motivated and experienced persons who are interested in joining our Executive Scribing team.
If you have experience working at a senior level with the Australian Public Service (APS) and want the opportunity to become a Scribe, GAP Resource Management has a number of short and long term opportunities available to you, with flexible working arrangements. Additionally if you are an individual with previous scribing experience, you are highly encouraged to apply.
- Coordinating of Interviews
- Minute-taking
- Compiling Individual and Comparative Assessments
- Conducting Referee Reports
Your written and presentation skills must represent the level you have worked to, ideally EL2 and above.
A strong understanding of the APS Human Resource merit based systems, principles and standards is a must.
Adaptability and efficiencies are important as the role and requirements of a Scribe can vary depending on the assignment.
For the successful person/s, the team at GAP Resource Management will provide initial training and mentoring as required.
