**Your New Role**:
This important role supports the growing demands on the GM Digital Growth & Transformation, Retail. This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional time management and organisational skills, confidentiality, a proactive and flexible attitude, and attention to detail.

This is a Part Time Executive Assistant position which also has project and change implementation responsibilities to support drive the business.

A key function of the role is to understand the projects and programs of work across the business that require implementation and change focus. This role will circulate information and coordinate required activity to ensure team members are supported and able to operate effectively. This requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind the scenes coordination role.
- Provide high level executive and administrative support
- Manage the GM’s commitments and resulting workflow to ensure high priority tasks are completed and followed up as required, sufficient time is available to do so, and all necessary information and briefings are provided
- Manage communication to ensure information flow and/or re-assignment of responsibilities is handled as required. A high degree of judgement is necessary to ensure the needs of all parties are balanced appropriately and not unmet by the often-limited availability of the GM
- Coordinate project implementation activity and internal stakeholders to ensure change readiness and team support, with focus on process improvement across the department & business.
- Manage the key administration including expenses, travel requirements, purchase orders, invoices contract/agreement processing and approvals in conjunction with Legal, Risk & Compliance.
- Managing the end-to-end process of contract staff onboarding & offboarding.

**About You**:

- Experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity
- Proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook assumed
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Board Books well regarded
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
- Prior experience in the financial services sector & within projects well regarded
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High levels of confidentiality
