**A role with unique responsibilities**
Clinic Coordinators have a very important role at Monash Ultrasound for Women. The role is a hands-on reception role, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will support a multi-disciplinary team of receptionists, sonologists, sonographers, phlebotomists and genetic counsellors, whilst working alongside a team of IVF and O&G specialists. With exceptional service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Resolving day-to-day operational issues and problems
- Coordinating the activities of both the clinical and administrative support staff, focussing on patient care
- Ensuring caring, effective and efficient delivery of services
- Liaising with clinical staff to meet operational efficiency and effectiveness targets
- Leading and supervising the receptionist/s at the clinic
- Ensuring the readiness of the facility including stock control
- Optimising the utilisation of resources provided at the clinic
- Achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) expectations by continually improving the service delivery provided by the clinic
- Communicating business objectives to clinical and administrative staff

Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, our Clinic Coordinator will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally, you will bring the following:

- Minimum of 2 years in a medical / specialist reception setting
- A strong customer service orientation
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of leading others with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
- A thorough understanding of MBS item numbers and billing
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Principles
