**About the Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Open, prepare and process both internal and external mail
- Collect and deliver mail throughout the office building
- Provide support to Internal stakeholders as required
- Identify and make recommendations for improved efficiencies to existing processes and procedures within the unit
- Support the claims team with ad hoc tasks such as folding letters, going through reports and processing all types of claims within SLAs
- Timely response to enquiries from branch network, internal departments and providers

**About You**
- Experience in a customer service or administration role
- Great attention to detail
- Desire and commitment to working within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
- Ability to adapt positively to changing work practises and needs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (including MS Office Word and Excel)
