**Your new role**

As a Customer Service Officer, your role will predominantly involve responding to inbound calls from jobseekers and employers in line with policy and process guidelines. You will be required to have high computer literacy, quickly acquire technical and system knowledge alongside knowledge of employment services, portray quality customer service, always remain objective and follow government programmes and incentives.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have previous customer service and/or contact centre experience. Alongside this, you will have:

- Demonstrated communication skills
- Understanding of government programmes and initiatives
- Quality customer service both verbally and in writing.
- Adherence to the Contact Centre rostered environment.
- Inclusive, engaged, amiable with others and team focused.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be willing to undertake a National Police check or provide one from within the last 6 months
- Flexibility to work between 9am-7pm as required
