We specialise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website design, automation, CRM integrations, and more. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ashmore.

**Role Overview**:
The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, a passion for data, and a deep understanding of paid advertising on both platforms.

**Responsibilities**

**Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management**:

- Develop, launch, and optimise ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, aligning with client goals and budgets.
- Conduct thorough audience research, segmentation, and targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
- Create compelling ad creatives and engaging copy tailored to each campaign objective.
- Monitor ad performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative elements to maximise ROI.
- Implement A/B testing to refine creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients.

**Google Ads Management**:

- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping ads.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and set up effective keyword targeting.
- Optimise ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages to improve ad relevance and quality score.
- Analyse campaign metrics and adjust bids, targeting, and ad formats to enhance performance.
- Regularly test new ad formats, strategies, and extensions to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Provide clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**General Duties**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes across Meta and Google.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ads with client goals and broader digital strategies.
- Effectively manage budgets and timelines for multiple client accounts, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal ad performance.
- Contribute to strategy sessions, sharing insights and best practices to elevate overall team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing ad campaigns on both Meta and Google platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and data-driven strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Ashmore office.
