We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ashmore Gardens Care Community.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Opal HealthCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents, providing high-quality care and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assessments, care planning and implementation
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care outcomes
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families and staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working in a residential aged care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes
