Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Speech Specialist with Early Start Australia, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality assessment and therapy services to children with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with families to develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help children reach their full potential.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a knowledgeable and dedicated transdisciplinary clinical team, providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload. You will have the flexibility to deliver treatments in our modern clinic spaces, at client's homes, schools, and via telehealth.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and current membership with SPA
  • Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, to support for a culturally diverse environment

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
