**About the Role**:
Bedford Services and Advisory (BSA) are growing. Due to a recent acquisition of another business, a full time, permanent HRBP role has been created (along with another HR Advisor position). It is a true partnering role fostering positive and collaborative relationships across the team and organisation. The role will have its own portfolio within our employment businesses and report into the HR Manager, BSA.

Key responsibilities include:
Build HR capacity in line managers through partnering and coaching
- Provide support and advice to line managers across the employee lifecycle
- Consult with line managers on workplace planning and change
- Support and facilitate performance management activities and manage grievances
- Contribute to the development of new and existing policies and procedures
- Be a part of implementation of both BSA and Bedford corporate programs

**About You**:
As an experienced HR professional, you will have extensive experience and exposure to a wide variety of HR activities and an ability to balance the commercial needs and strategies of the business with HR objectives. You will be a curious and constant learner with up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant Acts, legislation, trends and best practice.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or similar fields, or relevant work experience
- An ability to confidently communicate across all levels of stakeholders
- Developed problem solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguity
- High-level influencing, negotiation, and consultation skills

For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver’s licence (there will be travel required between sites)
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
