Do you want to take your career to that next level?? We are seeking a Recruitment & Resource Coordinator to join our team. As our Resource Coordinator, your role will be integral to the success of our business. You will be responsible for liaising with our various department heads; coordinating our resources across our divisions. This position is not your typical resourcing role; you will be directly involved in all divisions of our business - Recruitment, Labour Hire, Traffic Management and Commercial Cleaning. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who has the ability to communicate with anyone. Whilst you will not need prior experiencing in resourcing; an ability to communicate and coordinate is a must

Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate & allocate resources on a daily basis across our Traffic

Management, Labour Hire and Commercial Cleaning and divisions;
- Assist with Compliance across all areas of the business;
- Meet and communicate with clients (when required);
- Work collaboratively with other Agile Services Consultants and staff;
- Reference checking;
- Become an expert at utilising our various software packages;
- Manage & maintain the company Database; and
- Data entry & other general administrative duties
