**Training Delivery Administrator **to join their team in
**East Melbourne**. In this newly created role, you will act as a key component in the Training Delivery Team.
The job involves facilitating communication between program development, the delivery team leader, manager and staff members as well as coordinating communication with students, trainers and other internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks include coordinating training operations, and supporting the team with all things admin and clerical assistance as required.

**About the role**:
- Full Time Permanent position
- $60,000 + super
- Monday - Friday, regular business hours

**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant experience in an administrative/clerical role
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
- A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
- Prior experience working for a training or educational organisation highly regarded but not essential
- Acute attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
