At SREPS Capital Equipment we are at the forefront of innovation in the drilling equipment industry. We specialise in providing top-quality drill rigs and solutions to clients worldwide. In addition to designing and building our own range of drill rigs and ancillary drilling equipment, we are the only distributor for Fraste and Eijkelkamp drill rigs in Australia and New Zealand. Our 7000sqm site in Bassendean houses various aspects of our operation including spares, rig building, and repairs.

**Role Description**

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Sales Professional to join a world-class drilling and machine services business. The role will oversee and be responsible for servicing, supporting, and managing key account relationships and selling SREPS CE’s extensive product range and associated products to new and existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the drilling, mining, construction and exploration industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalised service.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate drill rig solutions and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of drill rigs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while meeting client expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to management and clients as needed.

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the drilling equipment or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex drilling equipment specifications.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Hold a full Driver’s License.
