NEP Australia is currently looking for a **Fleet Planner/ Allocator **to assist the Fleet & Logistics Manager to plan and administer the nationwide driver and fleet trailer rosters, travel, accommodation, and timesheet processing.

**The position**

This full-time position is based at our Homebush warehouse, working in a dynamic team ensuring the smooth running of our fleet & drivers across Australia

**Key responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Planning and communicating driver and fleet rosters.
- Booking and allocating drivers and where applicable, arranging travel and accommodation
- Ensuring compliance of the NHVR nationally in rostering / scheduling requirements on a basis are adhered to.
- Complying with fatigue management of staff in the Fleet Logistics department
- Assist with weekend emergency phone calls.

**Completion of the following courses will be advantageous.**
- TAFE: Certificate IV in Logistics (TLI40319)
- TAFE: Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Logistics Operations, TLI30319)
- TAFE: Statement of Attainment in Logistics (900-82571V01)

**Willing to undertake, if not already the following courses**:

- Administration of fatigue risk management system (TLIF00006)
- Manage a fatigue risk management system (TLIF0007)

**Required skills & attributes**
- Understand the National Heavy Vehicle Laws and Fatigue Risk Management.
- Be Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Have strong administrative and people skills approach to Workplace Health and Safety.
- Strong communication skills -written and verbal.
- Excellent time and task management.
- Be highly proactive in style.
- Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to work as part of a team, or as an individual.
