About us
Redress Design and Delivery is responsible for developing and implementing redress schemes that acknowledge past harm, provide a range of support options for individuals who have experienced harm, and operate independently from the organisation responsible for causing the harm. It provides high-quality strategic policy advice, makes recommendations to government for new scheme design and operational models, and is responsible for administration and delivery of frontline services.
Operations and Strategy is responsible for strategic planning, developing policy and procedures, financial management, performance reporting, communications, and resource management, in collaboration with DJCS head office support functions to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the business unit.
About the role

**In this role, you will**:

- provide confidential business and administrative support across the business unit to maintain operational functions of the schemes
- proactively coordinate financial support, on/off-boarding and all relevant office functions in an accurate and timely manner
- provide support to Support Services to direct case management workflow, data entry, tracking and reporting.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 December 2023.
About you
- a demonstrated experience in providing administrative and financial support within a government environment (or similar)
- an understanding of DJCS policies, procedures and systems including TRIM, Oracle and EBC (desirable)
- excellent business and commercial acumen, as well as digital and technological literacy.

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

**Acceptable evidence includes**:

- COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
