**What you will do**:

- Strategically promote and build relationships around Stryker’s neurosurgery and craniomaxillofacial portfolio products to with our customers’.
- Become an expert in Craniomaxillofacial products to support and train surgeons in rebuilding in areas of trauma.
- Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
- Educate surgeons, registrars, doctors, nurses and other hospital/nursing staff as to the best practice of our products.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for sales, relationship building and the medical industry.
- A track record in success of sales.
- An ability to influence and collaborate.
