About the role
**Role Location**: Melbourne
**Role Type**: 9 month Secondment
This role is responsible for reviewing financial advice customer files, detecting and evaluating customer detriment across a broad spectrum of issues such as; asset allocation, insurance, service related issues and providing a guidance for resolution. You will also be required to complete Peer Reviews of other Case Managers cases as well as articulate remediation requirements to forums, managements, advisers and peers.
What will your day look like
Work as part of a team to accurately and efficiently review assigned cases which differ in degrees of complexity within particular timeframe
Identification and escalation of any issues which may prohibit delivery of milestones as well as providing solutions
Ensure that the case management methodology is applied accurately and consistently to ensure delivery of goals and objectives
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes to drive improved outcomes for stakeholders and customers
Monitor personal workload to ensure productivity commitments and milestones are met.
What will you bring?
7 Years Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
Experience in Financial Advice Remediation Programs highly regarded
Knowledge of existing ANZ policies and procedures highly regarded
Minimum of Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and related degree highly regarded
Good time management and planning skills
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy (key requirement)
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with stakeholders
Highly motivated; a quick learner; is able to write well; driven and keen to learn new skills in financial services communications and stakeholder management
