**About the Role**:
Are you ready to make a significant impact on workforce development? As our Program Manager for Workforce Strategy, you will lead and implement innovative workforce interventions and initiatives. Your role will be essential in fostering industry partnerships, managing contracts, and ensuring successful program outcomes. You’ll also coordinate cross-agency and stakeholder engagement to develop effective workforce strategies.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in planning, developing and implementing projects and programs, ideally in relation to workforce and skills development.
- Understanding of industry workforce challenges and opportunities in South Australia’s critical industries, regions, and the broader economy.
- Experience in engaging with industry and government stakeholders to identify, prioritise and develop collaborative workforce solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and liaise effectively at senior levels across government and industry sectors, recognising the viewpoints of multiple stakeholders and handling sensitive issues.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary (ASO7 $106,512 min - $115,137 max pa) plus superannuation

Competitive salary (ASO8 $119,317 min - $123,822 max pa) plus superannuation
