About the role

**This position is accountable for**:

- Building non-clinical workforce capability across the Metro North Health.
- Effective management of a team of learning and development specialists.
- Development and management of a suite of learning and development resources.
- Driving consistent practice in learning and development across Metro North Health.
- Working with stakeholders to establish learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Reporting on Metro North Health training metrics to drive business change.
- Evaluate, implement and report on priority learning and development programs aimed at increasing workforce capability and sustainability.
- Maintaining organisational compliance with learning and development requirements through an effective corporate orientation and core mandatory training program of work.
- Support, reporting and dissemination of workforce culture & engagement surveys.
