**About the Role**
At BOQ, we are on an exciting transformational change journey. To support this, we are looking for a Program Manager (Leadership Capability) to join our People & Culture team on a 2-year Maximum Term Contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a new leadership program right across the BOQ Group. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to a comprehensive leadership program that builds our transformational leadership capability. You will need to work closely with senior management to align courseware with the organisation's strategy and cultural aspirations.

To do this you will work with external leadership vendors to customise licensed content to include BOQ-specific content and/or develop modules to supplement the curriculum. Importantly, you will incorporate the development of inclusive leadership into the program, ensuring that leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to foster an inclusive work environment. Additionally, you will utilise psychometric tools to ensure there is self-reflection activities in the program and clear way to measure the shift in our leadership capability.

You will also be responsible for driving the implementation of the leadership program and developmental activities. You will work with a team of passionate facilitators, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience for participants. You may also be required to facilitate components of the program along the way as well. You will be bringing to life in a clear and compelling way just what our culture looks like in terms if our everyday behaviours and leadership actions.
