The position of Commercial Analytics Executive is responsible for driving and supporting all sales planning and reporting activities across our brands and channels to drive effective and efficient sales execution.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about analytics and is able to tell a story and make recommendations through data

**Qualifications** Required skills and experience**:

- Proven experience in analysing viability of sales forecasts and make recommendations based on the business needs
- Ability and experience in building and managing comprehensive financial models
- Posses analytical skills and experience will allow you to cross reference data sets, interrupt findings and make strategic business recommendations
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail organization or beauty industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Well organized; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Team player with self-initiative; exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, demonstrating continuous improvement is a must.
- Strong attention to detail
- Your ability to prioritise, organise and follow up key concerns will ensure you execute your tasks thoroughly so that all issues are addressed and managed with success.
- Solution orientated, having an excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholders
