**RICHMOND**
- Full time. Permanent. Immediate start.

You will be working amongst the action in our small enthusiastic customer-focused admin team, located in our production facility. Our breads and groceries are all produced on this site from local fresh premium ingredients using traditional methods. We dispatch our wholesale orders and online sales from here and run a small outlet in Richmond by the river. Great opportunity to join an industry-leading business.

This position requires you to be self-motivated, attentive to detail, accurate and analytical. Your duties will include but not be limited to: -Accounts Payables duties including reviewing & entering creditor invoices, reconciling supplier statements. -Accounts Receivable duties including processing & receipting debtor payments, reviewing debtor account credit terms, debtor collections, EOM statements. -Data Entry/Processing -Reconciliation of Customer Accounts -Debt collection and Delinquent Debtor reporting -General office administration including assisting with client & sales administration duties including sales orders, invoicing & general enquiries.
