Administration and Sales Officer

Job Summary
We are a family business located in Richmond comprising turf farm and cattle operations.
We are looking for an Administration and Turf Sales Officer.
The position involves the following tasks:
- Turf Farm Sales
- Cattle record keeping and administration
- Assist Bookkeeper as required to collect invoices for payment and raise sales invoices (in Xero) as required
- Assist Farm Manager to obtain quotations for purchases and order supplies as required by the farm as requested by the Farm Manager
- Adhoc administrative duties as required by the Farm Manager and the Owner
Requirements:
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Xero (a plus)
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a turf farm (cattle knowledge a plus) in an administrative and/or sales role.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Must speak English very well (Mother tongue English preferred)
- Must be based in Australia (no visa or sponsorship offered)
- Must have years experience in administration and/or sales
- Sales telephone sales a plus, turf industry desirable
- Administration skills e.g. creating and completing purchase orders and/or creating and completing sales quotations
- Can work independently
- Xero (not essential but a plus)

Certificate I - IV (preferred)
