Customer Support Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:
Respond to enquiries, concerns and complaints in a diplomatic manner
Ensure orders are entered and moved through the system to shipping accurately and promptly
Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned customers through good customer service techniques, knowledge of the company's products and services
Provide repair service customer support

**Your profile**:
1 - 3 years experience in customer service

Bachelor degree qualified or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Strong PC skills in MS Office, JD Edwards preferred

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

You like to complete tasks accurately with strong attention to detail

You have a strong positive work ethic that embodies the company’s culture and corporate values
