As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for business inquiries, ensuring outstanding customer service and handling application assessments. By collaborating with partners and customers, you'll smoothly guide them through the deposit bond process. Building solid relationships with our client's business partners, internal stakeholders, and third-party distributors, you'll play a crucial role in driving business achievements.

What you will be doing:

  • Offering swift and professional customer service via phone and email, actively resolving issues with necessary follow-ups.
  • Following up on outbound leads, aiding in the promotion of company products and attracting new business applications.
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Evaluating bond applications and recommending approvals while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Advising brokers and customers on the optimal approach to secure a bond, conducting searches, and reviewing credit data and financial statements.
  • Actively monitoring and chasing warm leads.
  • Supporting the COO by providing reports on market insights and industry advancements.
