**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture you will be part of a small team that make a big impact across the business. Nationally across Australia they employ around 250 staff, including a casual workforce, and a number of which will sit under Enterprise Agreements.

Partnering closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for everything people including;
- Supporting Managers with all employee relations scenarios as they arise
- Coaching managers to deliver and maintain a high-performance culture
- Lead the implementation of changes to policies and procedures
- Partner with the Leaders to deliver workforce and succession planning to meet the needs of the organisation
- Be forward thinking around offering solutions for training, development, reward, recognition and wellbeing programs

**The Requirements**

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a depth of experience with employee relations, understanding EBA's and be comfortable interpreting awards and agreements. In addition to this you should have a passion for people and culture and be looking to grow and develop your career to this next level.

Working with a seasoned leader of P&C you will be absolutely supported and empowered to be successful.
