**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a passionate, strategic and commercially focused Risk & Compliance Manager to support our rapidly growing Financial Services business. You will be part of an established Governance, Risk and Compliance within MYOB that supports Australian and New Zealand operations.

**The Role**:
You will drive and support the MYOB Financial Service Offerings by delivering on:

- Risk culture, conduct and compliance
- Australia Financial services Licensee obligations
- Financial crimes and AML program management
- Credit and operational risk
- Domain risk management strategies and reporting
- Regulatory assurance framework management
- Financial Services products and services advisory

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for the AML/ CTF, AFSL and Privacy compliance program and framework, ensuring business awareness, understanding and compliance;
- Provide business advisory to the Financial Services Executive and Senior Leadership team.
- Actively work with Financial Services Product team to achieve compliance with key obligations by design.
- Work with GTM and Operations to run third party compliance obligations and monitoring of any risk with contractual obligations on MYOB from partners, especially financial institutions.
- Actively assist in monitoring and assurance activity for AML and AFSL across the business and work in resolving and implementing strategies and solutions.
- Ensure appropriate governance structures and processes are in place to manage FS risk & compliance.
- Provide reporting and insights to FS Executive and Senior Leadership team.

**What we'd love you to bring**
- Proven experience in managing risk and compliance methodologies in the Financial Services sector, combined with leadership and engagement qualities in a fast paced environment;
- Functional knowledge of payments and credit services products;
- Experience working with Legal, Finance and Mergers and Acquisition colleagues on Financial Services Due Diligence.
