**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the superannuation risk and compliance framework, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective.
  • Oversee the risk register, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
  • Proactively identify new and emerging risks, implementing framework improvements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, analyzing potential threats and opportunities.
  • Manage the risk and compliance aspects of new and existing outsourced service providers, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Act as the regulatory liaison, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met, preparing and presenting risk and compliance reporting to the Board and relevant committees.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a risk and compliance role focused on superannuation, with a strong understanding of associated legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience of building high-level internal and external stakeholder relationships, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
