**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Your exceptional -centric skills will be pivotal as the first point of contact for our clients. Providing outstanding customer service is paramount in ensuring smooth clinic operations and supporting our professional team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with existing customers through phone calls to promote and upsell our treatment packages, and remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, leveraging our customer database to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximising clinic efficiency.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to patient satisfaction and care.
- Clinic Operations: Efficiently manage clinic operations, including patient care and administrative duties.
- Team Support: Assist and support managers, nurses and laser therapists.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock and inventory management, and manage retail product sales.
- Financial Tasks: Handle financial tasks such as billing, quoting, discussing costs with clients and processing payments.
- Software Operation: Operate booking management software and office software (MAC Computers)
- Office Maintenance: Maintain office tidiness and coordinate with cleaning services.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist with marketing and promotional activities to enhance clinic visibility and customer engagement.
