The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator provides administrative and general support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team within People & Culture. The position works collaboratively with all Health, Safety and Wellbeing team members and stakeholders to enable a high level of service delivery.

This varied role will involve administrative support across a range of initiatives spanning health safety and wellbeing topics from Emergency Management, monthly reporting activity, health promotion events, and Workers Compensation. You will be based at our Hawthorn campus but some travel to other campuses (Croydon and Wantirna) will be required.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Demonstrated experience supporting Health, Safety & Wellbeing services in a dynamic and complex environment
- Previous experience in a health & safety role in a University environment will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines without compromising attention to detail and data accuracy and the ability to respond flexibly to re-prioritise according to organizational changes

**Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and extensive relevant experience;
- Return to Work Coordinator approved course and relevant experience
